Of course I will try to help you as soon as possible, if you have questions, want some information or running in to problems… !!!! But I am also a working person with a family life. This makes it impossible for me to be available 24/24. I hope you can understand this.

I only accept PayPal payments. I have been working with this for years and think this is the safest method for you as a customer, but also for me as a seller. If there really is a problem, Paypal will decide whether your complaint is justified or not. This is of course only done if you would request an unauthorized refund. Without contacting me first.

Of course with the start of the new webshop I have no reviews / feedback. I hope to receive as many feedbacks as possible if you are satisfied with my digital products. I try to satisfy my customers as much as possible. Therefore if you encounter a problem with 1 of the accounts, or you have a question …. Do not hesitate to contact me.
