The program isn't actually appealing any unbans, you sent me nothing more than something that counts up to the number of accounts I upload on a fixed interval. At this point a partial refund won't suffice, I am requesting a full refund.

One last additional piece since I still haven't heard back from Sortes, I went ahead and had a friend decompile it.. He sold me a program that I load a list of accounts and proxies into, and it sleeps for a couple of seconds then says it was appealed. Imgur
