PlayerAuctions potential scam?

Hey,

I've purchased RSGP from PlayerAuctions three times and have had no problems, so I usually have complete trust in their service. On the 29th March I placed an order for 30M RSGP, which came to 12.35 usd, which is approximately £8. However I promptly cancelled the order and was happy to accept the cancellation fee, because I realised I only had £13 in my bank account, so I needed to keep money in there for monthly payments etc. (Please be aware the payment method was moneybookers). It said the refund is being processed, or something similar and I didn't think much of it. However, a week later it still said the same message, so I decided to email PlayerAuctions about it... They replied on the 11th, which is 2 days later since I sent it on the 9th. Here's the email and their reply (my email = bottom, their reply = top).

I have not received an email or anything related to that to confirm I have been given a refund, and it's now 48 hours later. I decided to go into my PlayerAuctions account and find the order, only to find it has in fact disappeared from my account and nowhere to be found, so it looks to me as though they have decided to just take my measly £8 and not give it back? It may seem like only a minor amount of money, however I need that money to keep my account from going into my overdraft. I also contacted them via their LiveChat system on their website and Godfrey said he sent them an email, but that seems pointless since that's exactly what I done.. Argh this is very frustrating. If any solutions could be offered, that'd be highly appreciated. Many thanks, I'm just very frustrated right now.

 

They are slow with refunds, dw you will get it.

Maybe give it another 24 hours before contacting them again.

Why wait another 24 hours when it's going to take them 24-48 hours to reply again? You've waited over 48 hours, the must provide you with information regarding this. I would contact them now and ask what is happening.

 

I contacted them earlier via the livechat and the person sent them an email apparently. It's pointless me emailing at this current time due to the fact that it will take 48 hours for them to reply again anyway. Ugh, very fustrating

 

It's not a lot of money, so shouldn't be that bad.

 

^I canceled a $200 transaction on PA and it took them like a week or so to give me back to money

 

When a website steals $8 from thousands of money, it's a lot of money.

 

i have yet to get a refund of 13$ and its been over 3 weeks :/

 

You need to go on the live chat and remind them. Sometimes they "forget" to refund money.

 

Their livechat is shocking also, they always say they've emailed another branch yet they haven't, I was supposed to get a phone call within 3 minutes last night, and 8 hours later I've still not had it.

When i wanted a refund i had to wait for 1-3 days.
(Third day i got my refund).

 

So one of my friends wanted to buy 8m on playerauctions, so I gave him the link he bough in a minute or 2. Before it took top of 5-10 minutes to verify he's payment. This time it took 3 fucking hours to process he's verification. They needed alot of information, ID,util bill etc. and after that livechat told him you need to wait 60-90 minutes to complete the order. Before this orders everything went very fast and smooth without any kind of problems. That really pisses me off.

 

Yeah they work pretty slow considered refunds, I hope u'll get it back though!
