Hello, well yesterday I went to sleep with good thoughts about someone on Sythe getting 70Mining for me on my awesome pure. When I woke up signed on MSN, yes you know what happened next. He says my account got locked and banned for Macoing Major. I was like WTF, how can powermining Iron make me get one of those tough bans?

Well, I really need help right now, or my pure is going to be banned forever, does anyone know any good appeals? :embar:

Goodluck, my first account got banned for that and all of my appeals got denied :/

Well I sent my appeal :D

Dear Jagex,

I woke up this morning to find that my account was locked and had a macroing major, I've never bottted or ever will but you seem to fraund me for it. What I think happened was, I kept my password in a schoolbook for safety if I'd ever forget it I could always look there and find it.

Well anyway, well I came back from school to take the book out, unexpcetedly it wasn't there. I think I must've forgotten it at school or something. Now after school I always play Runesape. I tried logging in and it says my account had already been logged in. I started getting suspicious but sometimes it happens so I didn't worry.

I wen to sleep and now, I'm writing this appeal of you banning me when some else clearly had ascess to my account and had the better of me.

This is absolutely not an action for a great game producer like you, so I suggest you look into it again. I know as a matter of fact it wouldn't have been my IP.

Hmm, okay I just noticed I made a mistake, my name isn't even Ice2h on Runescape, OMFG.

Wait a few weeks/months before you submit your appeal.

That will show you aren't desperate (even though you obv are), and you can also talk about how in that time you have legitly played RS on ____ account and have had a positive impact on the community, etc.

EDIT: Nevermind you already sent your appeal, and you sent it with the wrong username....They will either think you copy and pasted it from someone else, or they will Google that name and find your Sythe account and then they will trolololol all day long after denying your appeal.

Eh, I'll trol0l0l0l them when I go to RuneFest next year wearing an RSBuddy and Sythe Shirt lol.
 
I have seen this exact same thread pop up time and time again and I think the answer is: don't let other people bot your accounts! Atleast not an account that you care dearly for, and have spent many hours of your life huddled in a dark basement playing and training. Just my thoughts!

I would also google some good successful appeals for macro majors that other people have used before, and modify it to your own situation. Best of luck.
