I'm posting this on his behalf. I'm also writing this for him as he doesn't have a computer at the moment.. I texted him to ask if he scammed.

He's banned, because of apparently he recovered an acc that he sold to giddy for 200m. Christmas has not done this, and he would like to see the proof of him doing it. I'm also writing this for him as he doesn't have a computer at the moment.. So, basically this is how it went down. He sold him an account that he had got off somebody else. He either bought it how it was, or he trained up a noob and sold it. I'm not sure on how it went down, but I just know he wasn't the original owner. He informed giddy that he wasn't the original owner when the trade took place. The account seems to be useless christmas. How would he of even resold it? If that's the conclusion you guys come up with him of recovering it.

He said that he'll repay giddy, but he'd like to see the proof before hand.

Meaning trades were setup, and as soon as a OMM is mentioned he all of a sudden "has no money" to buy whatever he was buying, happened multiple times. I can just ban him for suspicious activity if I want. He was trying to buy and set trades up then claimed he had no $ each time a OMM was to be involved, and thats extremely suspicious to say the least.

I can't deny that this isn't suspicious, but not wanting to use an OMM should clearly be allowed. I personally never use OMM's and half the time flat out refuse to.

If he said that he wouldn't use an OMM, would it be a different story? There's no rule that says you have to use an OMM if somebody suggests using one, and if there was, I'd probably be banned by now along with numerous trusted traders.

I can't say for certain, but maybe that was just his way of not using an OMM, because he didn't want to. Instead of flat out saying, "I'm not using an OMM, I don't trust them", and hurting people's feelings and what not. Don't quote me on this being the reason, but just an observation on my part.

I'd listen to his explanation if he can give one. I'd also like to know how he can claim to want to conduct bigger trades and then claim to not have enough cash. It was multiple times as well.

He simply just has some explaining to do on those grounds and an update from Giddy is needed, thanks PP13

Also, as for any kind of trades he claims to of done, but not enough cash, I'm pretty sure he was doing some kind of work for classic or something along those lines. Don't quote me on this, if it happened, or how it worked, but it had to do with gold sales.

Ask for proof of me saying I have no cash, when an omm was asked to be used. I said it like once or twice. Talked to the seller for a while, and I even said the trade will have to happen on another day. And I have been trying to work with various other people url, using my rep to buy bigticket items on sythe for them. Meaning I would never go first, even to an omm unless I trusted them. Since im buying for people I know url with their money. Wouldn't want to risk it to some guy on the internet. So my trading habbits are not suspicious. I, like many others, have had people go first to me without question. So me not wanting or not agreeing to use an omm has nothing to do with anything. Banning me for suspicion for not wanting to use an omm, would mean they should ban every other gold trader on sythe. -------

Well, I made a suggestion about the thing I suppose your implying at the moment.

Clashfan I'm pretty sure it was, said that in situations like this, you'd have to reimburse the actual value in money, not rsgp.
