I will sell 100M for 0.50 each only with WU, the reason is my paypal account has been limited cause of all the chargebacks and the only way to get the money is by WU. I am willing to give around 105M or something cause of the stupid WU fees.

I'm afraid I can't do WU; my money is in my Paypal account. You could make a new Paypal account if you wanted to.
 
Is the price a firm $.5/m? That is really quite low for me to sell but if you can change your price a little bit, I would be able to hook you up with some gold :)
