Buying Level 3 with Scythe PP RSGP

[luchius]

I'm looking for a lvl 3 account with a Scythe.

Willing to pay more if:
9hp
Bunny Ears
All stats are 1

I am willing to pay PayPal or Rsgp or a mixture of the two.

We will use a OMM or you go first. OMM Fees will be decided between us.

Please post or PM thank you.
