It was scammed like 2 years ago, and now I finally got it back.
 
Someone must've been active one it not too long ago: that quest with the staff and sword didn't come out too long ago.

its not counter scamming if he was the original owner that sold it but got scammed. Its retreiving what was lost that was his.

Be aware, if the other perso has owned it for 2 years I am 100% he can recover it aswell.

There's a thread on the runescape forums to delete all the known old account information, I suggest you do that.
