golden243 banned without any proof

Hi, i want a dispute ban for golden243 from sythe. He was banned on false positive, since he wasnt banned on ke'yhunt for scamming and/or all'steams.

Here are the threads that got him banned;

Heres a proof of it wasnt him on key hunt http://a.imagehost.org/0866/golden3.png
You can clearly see that it says GOLDE243 and not golden243, which is his username.

He has never scammed or anything, he had 52 vouches before he got banned, His first temp ban was due spam/infactions. Which isnt ANY proof of scamming.

He has never rude or anything, he was active and stuff like that.

His username was golden243, I hope you can unban him.

It's not the usernames which match, it's the emails. So it is him.
Still, I can't see any proof of him scamming on that site. I'll wait for Kadaj.

I haven't found any reports against him on that site, and unless Kadaj can show me one, I think he should be unbanned.

What I find suspicious is that here he's claiming it's not the same person, when it obviously it.

actually i tried to get kbb to do the thread for me, i just gave him the links and stuff and i copied it from what he wrote and i didnt fix it :s hehe

I mean you're saying it's not you on that other site.

do you mean if the user "golde243" is me or what are you saying?

yeah its my contact email but that doesnt mean anything, i could so easy just make a username called skel_master and say his email cant i?

i dont think my ban is fair to be honest.

I just figured.. you where ban evading. You've previously been banned on the account prm. IPs are matching.

Dispute denied.

i wasnt ban avading, i sat on teamviewer and created "prm" for a mate for some reason he couldnt make a user, so we registered at MY ip and i gave him info to the user (which i didnt use), then he got banned for scamming (i think). i havent heard that much from his since :S but i didnt use it tough.

hold a second please, check the ip on DanyBaron and Prm they will match, i only created Prm, but i didnt use it tough.
