EXACTLY even the other people say you need starting gp/cash. THERE ARE requierments, and i do not meet them at the moment, which is exactly why my money should be refunded. And it doesnt matter what the MM said, if i cant start the method WHICH I CANT then it DOES HAVE REQUIERMENTS.
