All accounts must also meet the following conditions:

1) Must have a Decent Name (Cannot be: Bobert2292 lmao)
2) Must have either Full Void or a Fire Cape
3) Must have Desert Treasure & Lunar Diplomacy completed
4) Mustn't have many Black Marks (Prefer Green-Orange Zone)
5) Must be able to provide info to account (Given to MM during trade)
