hey m8, if you live here, you will know there are lots things can delay the order. but the delay just for both our account safe!

An example, guess you can image jagex ban chinese gold farming account everyday, so once one of our acc get banned, we have to stop all order at that moment, to keep your account safe, thats why order always dealy for some reasons, but whatever it delay or not, i will always finish our customer's order, i wont lost my reputation for 31$ or anything , never and ever, hope you can understand!

They've explained the issue for why my account was not being dealt with, it was very logical, and although im annoyed that the time got pushed back, they're back onto my account and are burning through my order, in most likely 1/10 of the time it would have taken me.....> only the top and helm to go
