I really only use Coinbase. You could check out Poloinex, Bittrex, etc. Otherwise, you have to go through the verification method to use a bank account or cc/debit card. They will deposit some amounts into the payment method you selected, and at that point you will have limits per week. For a card, it starts out @ $200 I think, then it raises as you buy larger amounts. My limit is $500 per week now.

If you want to buy with PayPal go to - LocalBitcoins.com: Fastest and easiest way to buy and sell bitcoins. People charge higher for PayPal purchases but that's just how it is.

Honestly, all the fiat on ramps require verification of some sort. As stated, localbitcoin or buying from someone you trust directly is the quickest way to obtain them.
