Hello everybody
I was wondering if anyone could help me find a something that can help me get rid of my stretch marks. I am 14 and I am not fat (5'0 at 100-108, it varies, lol) and I exercise a lot everyday but still can't manage to get rid of them. :(

I used to be fat throughout high school until about senior year. Now I am 2 years into college and I am pretty fit but I still have my stretch marks. I wish I could help - I'm interested in some advice as well.

But you're young and still have a lot of growing to do, so chances are that you will grow into them.

I don't think it's possible to "grow into stretch marks."
Although they do fade within time, they don't totally disappear, I have been told though there's products you can apply on your stretch marks, I did a quick google and found this;

"A study from the University of Michigan suggests that people who use Retin-A (or a retinoic acid cream) on new stretch marks saw huge improvements."

If you can't get your hands on that, try using normal lotion/moisturizing cream.

I find BIO OIL is the best method for this but it takes a while. it doesnt completely remove the marks but it makes them pretty much invisible..

Can be bought from local shops and chemists in the uk, probably in the us too its a pinkish oil

I had a friend who lifted a lot and got biceps the size of softballs, after he stopped lifting for about 3 months, they shrunk and there was a red bruise looking mark on them. What he did is went back to lifting for a short period of time and they reduced drastically. Then took breaks lifting on and off, but he's still pretty big. Sine your only 14, I would say go running and workout a bit, it might help you grow taller which will help with the marks.

Like said before, you can't get rid of them 100%. They will vade for the most part eventually. You could try to take in more vitamine E which will help preventing them. For me not a single product has helped preventing them (I have used a couple lotions etc), and I talked to a doctor about it once who said some people will just never get them, others can't do anything to avoid it. Apparently genetics play a part in this.

There is no way to actually get rid of stretch marks. Stretch marks form in the dermis of the skin. They are thus scars. Some topical creams such as Retin-A will help in fading their appearance, as will time. Ultimately however, they will always be there.

try oiling/massages

They do fade but they don't entire disappear forever.
From what I know, you could buy some oil products to reduce them, I have personally never tried it before so i don't know if it works well or not.
Another option is, from what I heard, you could do some sort of a surgery to remove them.
