Report/post/reason that got you banned: First I was banned for evading a TWC for fake vouches, then I was banned for scamming 250K.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have no way of contacting him as he is now banned on sythe: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1819907-john-scammer.html and blocked my skype months ago.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Just a serial ban evader.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I haven't made a new account in about 3-5 months now? Something like that. I did make a pardon awhile back, but it was declined so thought I'd try again.
Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yea.

PS: if this is accepted, i'd like my main account to be Yeah, mainly because I remember the password for it, that'd be cool.

 

you can try adding him on another skype? he wasn't active THAT long ago that reaching out to him is impossible.
