Report/post/reason that got you banned: I was banned on Powerbot.Org according to a mis-understanding , which i manged to get it solved 2-3 Months ago.

Here's the whole story :
I bought Several RS membership cards off OldCode which i was supposed to pay for after i sell them.
But meanwhile i've done 5.4B trade which caused my main account to get banned off runescape and i had nothing to pay off OldCode with , So after 1 week~Ish I managed to get back the amount but the guy was looking for extra as "Waiting fee" which i couldn't cover so he took ages to respond to the dispute which caused the Powerbot staff to ban me off the site , And I couldn't manage to get in-touch with oldcode since he's rarely online but after all i managed to catch him on Skype and a refund took place back then.
After that i made a Pardon on Sythe.org but it got declined since it was just after i refunded so i wait this long and decided to make another Request today Hopefully i would get finally unbanned Off here
