I'd like to request a ban lift for the posting of "pornography." I'd like to argue that the picture I posted was indeed NOT pornography as it showed no nudity. Second, I would never have posted such content had I believed it to be in violation of the rules. I've seen other provocative and questionable photos on Sythe which were, I assume, "acceptable" and I believed the picture I posted to fit into that category. I am not challenging the decision of staff but in the Rules section, there is no defined "line in the sand" as far as pornography is concerned. To me, pornography contains nudity and that was the basis for my decision when I posted the photo. Lastly, when others warned me of the possible implications of me posting such a photo, I removed it voluntarily and of my own accord. As you can see, my intentions were never to violate any rules and the reason for which I was banned exists in a gray area at that. So I ask for mercy on the grounds that you will not have this sort of problem out of me in the future. Thanks.

 

It is clear staff likes to operate under their own presumption of justice. I have no desire to be a part of a community that doesn't hear its members' reasoning. You've lost another legitimate and loyal member so enjoy the company of scam artists you cesspool of crooks and morons(staff.) It is obvious why the community continues to dwindle under the watchful eye of imbeciles. Good luck and good riddance.
