Ban dispute[R2P]

I've been banned from sythe for a long time, because i was doing other things in my life but know I'd like to join again on my previous account, so basically long time ago there was a newcomer who asked me to go first when i said no he said fine we can do increments but still you first i said no multiple times i also show him evidence of RS3 later he mentioned on his report thread that i sent him gyazo link which was false actually.

this is false i did not report anyone else expect one guy ( the newcomer ) who called me scammer multiple times on skype which was false and he had no proof. He said he will get me banned on sythe and Ikov which he did. Basically i traded him on my staker ( Jaffatsm ) but when deal got cancelled and he started flaming me couple hours latter when i tried to login my account it was permanently banned for the following reason : http://gyazo.com/0866e1046ac0eefedb56238a251d5b82
after that i got really pissed of so i decided to ban him on ikov as well... So i added him on different skype account and i told him you're banned from ikov as well.. i was dumb that i did not record what he said too.
Couple days ago i found out he was not banned anymore because i saw him running around the ikov on that account which means i did not get ( banned anyone on ikov ). What R2 said was really sad, because we all know there is bunch of annoying buyers/sellers who can report you any time for no reason or charge back your money from paypal...

I also found this report and i have no idea what is this cause i never sold any account on sythe before and this is my only account i've had.

Basically mods have also matched IP addresses which actually don't belong to them. Also there is a IP issue in ( Baltic ) countries especially in Estonia and Lithuania because we have so little of them ..

In regards to the IP matches, what he is saying regarding Estonia/Lithuania etc, is true.

 

So to summarize:

You have no proof that he threatened to ban you. However, you agree that you added him from another Skype and threatened to ban him.

This forum runs on proof. He provided evidence, you did not. I'll let the Ban Evasion go and give you the benefit of the doubt, but unless you can clearly show that he instigated the whole thing, you deserve the ban.

 

Honestly that's a bullshit, secondly he has no evidence and thirdly i can't find anything on this thread? We both know you're against me and it was a pleasure for you to get rid of me ( most likely ). Can you prove other mods and logical proof that i threat him to ban? By the way his account was '' ya boy steve '' which he used for gold trading and it's not banned. If you can find me his Skype account i can show the whole conversation also where he mentioned his Ikov rsn. According to what I've heard he's your long term supplier for ikov, which obvious why you're against me.


Anyways show me any evidence of me threat him on skype or somewhere else, thanks.
