disputing a false scam report

alright. it has been a longggg while since i have been on sythe, and i really have come to miss it... i was banned because of a scam report by wazzupdude - http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1284156-ekonka-certified-scammer-beware.html
(this was over a year ago, so its sort of vague in my mind how it went down, but heres the jist of it -
i had a thread of me selling 50$ in amazon, and i had a 55$ paypal offer from this guy. he wound up sending the money to me first, and i made sure that he wouldnt charge back or w//e and waited a bit (i realized later that doing that didn't really help, but anyways) and soemthing happened while waiting... i sent him the code, and a few hours later he told me he was charging back and that he never got the code. i cant exactly remember how it went down (cant clearly read the pics of the private messages he posted pics of), but i sent him the code,(he claimed it was weird that after he filed a dispute i believe). well, later on, the dispute kept on going and he was calling me a scammer... well, i checked the code on amazon, and it said it was redeemed by ANOTHEER person... and he claimed i did that on some other account or soemthing along those lines... well, the code i DID send him, and it turned up as being redeemed. i dont have any of the proof at the moment (sucks, but probably doesnt help here ;'( ) but i can say that my evidence was sufficient enough to win the paypal dispute. and trust me, when it comes to chargebacks, you need to be very convincing and have ALOT of proof to win... i probably can pull up the dispute too if needed, because at this point its my only proof. i also cant access the pm's where i sent the code (the pm's after the ones that he took a picture of and posted) of afterwards and me sending him the amazon...
thats what i have. in addition, i did not file a dispute at the time, because the site did not alow me to go there under the account, and i could not figure out how to do the "unregistered" thing like i am now...
other things - i have been trading ALOT with people that i knew from sythe after the ban. they all believed my story (well, they still traded with me, and some trusted me and took paypal from me, which is kinda risky with chargebacks, so they must have believed me a bit) (had proof at the time and showed them too). i still trade with those people, but it's hard to do most things without access to new buyers/sellers from the forums...
also, here's some people i still trade with - Exile3, Pockets, Video, Kevin001, The Black Tux, and a few others...
i would really like to get back onto sythe, and if this is not sufficient enough to cut it, please let me know and i will do whatever i can to gather more proof and/or do whatever is required...
i really appreciate those who take the time to go through this, regardless of if i dont get back on or not... thanks!

 

i was not able to make another post ont eh other thread, but i found some things that might help my case. (and i want to revisit some of the things i said)

lets start with paypal and the dispute that i won on this trade - I could not access my paypal (and still can't) because earlier last year, when i logged into paypal, it had asked for my full mastercard number, which i could not (and still cannot find). it was a prepaid mastercard from safeway, and when it hit a 0 balance i didnt pay attention to it from then on. in addition, i have No idea that paypal would do this, because i was fairly new to them at the time. (i also recently called them, and couldn't do anything, meaning cant get the dispute info)

what i did find though, is a skydrive file with some screenshots that i used for the paypal dispute. i said on the last post i likely could not get them, but i found them when i went though one of my hotmail skydrive files... the pictures show;

My current dispute - http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1511594-disputing-false-scam-report.html - was made and posted by me on January 4th, 2013... That was over a month ago, and it has been sitting at the bottom of the threads for over a week and a half now... I have talked to Video and Corey about it on MSN, and they said to talk to them if nobody else has, but that was about 2 weeks ago and I have not seen them online since... I don't want to be a bother to anybody by posting this or by contacting the Moderators about this, but i kind of just want to know of a period of time when i can expect to see it responded to or just know that somebody is going to look into it... I am aware that there is a lot to do and nobody really has to even look at it, but i just want to know if i can... Any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated...

2. You must dispute your ban/infraction within one month it was given. After one month, the ban/infraction will not be reversed, and the dispute will be denied.

I don't like to invoke this rule but you chose to ban evade instead of disputing this, you've been ban evading for over a year now across several accounts and only now, 14 months later, you decide to dispute? Make a pardon and we'll see how that goes
