[5/5 - USL]I Own You All requesting a pardon for ban evading

Report/post/reason that got you banned: My account, I Own You All, was banned for scamming. It was not me however, someone hacked my account (Still clueless as to how they got my password), and scammed someone.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have NOT paid back the victims, seeing as both are banned for scamming now. If you require it, I will try to contact them to pay back, I would however feel like a fool for giving money to people who are stealing others'.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

A long time ago, I stopped playing Runescape, and therefore stopped using Sythe, as I mostly used it for buying/selling/trading runescape related stuff. During my break, my account was hacked, and used to scam two people. I have no clue how they got into my account as nothing else on my pc was touched (and I'm very confident I never had a virus), and they could easily have stolen much more than was scammed from my runescape/steam etc.
Anyway, now I'm back to playing oldschool runescape, and therefore I wanted to check back on Sythe, only to see that I had been banned. I found these two reports:

I went to the dispute forum and saw that you wouldn't unban accounts if the ban was more than 1 month old, which it obviously was since I didnt know I had been banned till i randomly tried logging in. This made me make the very stupid decision of using my roommates account to do a few trades from, effectively making me a ban evader (the account I'm posting this from). Then today I read the post "Restitution" in the dispute forum and thought "If they are unbanning these people who got banned more than 1 month ago, maybe I have a chance also".

Why should I be unbanned?
An IP audit will obviously show that my account was hacked at the time of the scamming.

Yeah I agree you shouldn't be repaying scammers. I can also confirm you were hacked (IP's in completely different country after a year of inactivity) but you're still liable to repay which you already know.

For the first guy, lolskinsales, he scammed quite a bit more than your hacker scammed him. I've roughly calculated the price of a Jax skin at $30 so you owe $30 to one or more of these victims, your choice who you want to repay but don't repay anyone more than they were scammed for.

You could hypothetically pay $30 to the guy who was scammed the most, or you could pay all 3 some split amount, or however you want to do this, your choice.

In this report, the OP wasn't banned for scamming, he was banned for threatening to boot your hacker offline (which these days we would not ban for, so if he were to ever pardon he would be unbanned but that is a different story). That was a $19 scam and you'll have to contact him about repayment for that

EDIT: I've looked through all kenneth530 posts and threads, but he never posted any contact information, so I googled his name, found his twitter (maybe?) and tweeted him. Seems to be inactive though.

 

I sent an email to his registered email address on this site, we'll see what happens. If he doesn't reply I don't think it would be unreasonable to just pay the $15 to one of these other victims but I'm gonna give him some time

Not really, haven't gotten an answer from the guy who was scammed 165$ (who i was going to pay the full amount that I had to pay), and i assume video hasnt gotten an answer from the 10m rsgp guy either.

Yeah he never replied to my email, you can just repay $30 however you want to those people

He has answered now yes, but it did take 12 days because he was on vacation, so I'm not lying . Will update when it's done.
