Dispute Ban More Evidence (Insane)

In addition to my first thread, I was speaking with Travis over skype. The account for which i got banned (scottjc16) was not under my control at the time it was banned. It got hacked along with my runescape account which was also hacked at the same time that scottjc16 got hacked. This user then used sythe account and it got banned and this is why i am now getting banned. See the following pictures, it has screenshots of emails for when my rs account got hacked, it has information on when i quit rs (before scottjc16) and why I did not report the hack. I was away for many years. All the info is in this skype convo:

Review there, you can clearly see there is a gap in my runescape career from end of 2009 to 2014. I came back into 2014, i recoverd my old rs account in 2014 (recovery email proof in skype convo), I made my first transaction ever buying rs goods on powerbot in same month 2014 (PB account had been active since 2009). You can see that the account scottjc16 got hacked and banned while i was away. You can also see the msn under scottjc16 is also the msn under another account (listed in skype messages). This other account has no link whatsoever to me I am sure because it has never been mine, so if you can see that you can see I am not the owner of that msn.

I will divide this into sections of the report made by Yousuckv2 to explain everything in a more clear way. Please follow Yousuckv2's report along with this explanation so you can understand everything that he reported more clear.

REPORT SECTION NAME: "Users are the same person"

1) Yes, I am spanishguy, and I am lnsane. Reason why these 2 are my accounts is that I wanted to start a market to sell accounts on and wanted to have a different name for it. I changed my name on powerbot as proved by the following link (my login name is spanishguy, but my account name is Insane). I Payed for VIP in Powerbot in order to change my name:

So now that you agree I changed my name on powerbot, i tried doing this on sythe as well. It was clear after a bit of reading that sythe did not allow name changes, so I made a new account and abandoned Spanishguy. I reported that I wanted to change my name here:

So now it is clear that i made it known that I was changing my username yes? The other reason why I wanted to change it to a cool sounding name was because I wanted to get a signature with "Insane" on it. I payed for this signature so I could use it on all the forums, so I changed all my forum names to Insane.

I initially did not change my skype. I had too many contacts in my skype account at the time that I was dealing with and was waiting to finish those deals to change my skype. This was my old skype though and was my skype for a long time.

That owned core account is mine. The reason why I was using the username Scottjc16 was because when i started playing runescape, someone gifted me their runescape account and i made it my main. That runescape account was called Scottjc16. So yes the ownedcore account is mine, and it was made before 2010 (when the hacker took my scottjc16 account).

Keep in mind that I quit RS around 2009 or 2010. For the next 4 years I played WoW, Diablo, GuildWars 2 but I was absolutely not active in the rs community because I did not like the changes rs had made. This is very important to remember.

REPORT SECTION NAME: "And coincidentally there's a user banned here on Sythe with that exact name:"

- The user scottjc16 was my first account ever on sythe. It was also my account on Ownedcore. My sythe got hacked but my Ownedcore did not so I kept using this username over there. The account scottjc16 got hacked around 2010 I believe when I stopped caring about RS. I was not aware of this as my sythe account was under my old email [email protected]. I was not recieving emails from sythe or from runescape. I lost both, my sythe account and my runescape account (See evidence):

Those are all the emails i have from sythe on my old email.

The fact is, I believe I lost my runescape account somehow at the same time I lost my sythe account or within a few months or something, I am not sure. I was away.

When I get back into runescape I noticed my RS account was lost. So I reported to jagex who verified a third party had gained access to the account (the hacker):

That is when i recovered my runescape account. After recovering my account, it came back banned. So i sent jagex the following message which proves exactly that the account had been hacked. It also states under this email that I had been away from runescape for the past 3 years, and hence all runescape related forums including sythe.

I managed to then recover my runescape account and get it unbanned as they verified it was not me. Then mid 2014 I came back to powerbot and sythe as I started playing rs again.

This is when i got back to rs, all the rs forums again. Reason why i created spanishguy and not recovered scottjc16 is because scottjc16 was not under my email anymore, and it had been hacked. And I had no proof that I had lost scottjc16 to a hacker and that it had not been me the one doing things. All the changes were done and I dont even know if i had access to my [email protected] account since I even emailed Jagex from my new email account. I just created spanishguy, unaware of what had happened to scottjc16. Later on I did find scottjc16 had been banned and it was strange because i don't remember scamming or making any of the threads selling WoW accounts (I never sold wow accounts on any other forums, including Ownedcore). I still have my wow account and the name of my wow characters does not match that name the scottjc16 user was selling.

I hope the email from jagex and the account recovery proofs that I had lost my rs account at around the same time i lost my Sythe account. I also hope that me telling jagex that I had been away from runescape for at least 3 years and as well mentioning I had not logged in for at least 800+ days is enough proof I was away during the time scottjc16 was banned. I also hope you guys can see that the user scottjc16 info was changed (including msn). That msn is not mine. That msn is also linked to another Sythe account which has no link at all to me (you can also verify this).

What more proof do you need? Please dont make my thread disappear so I can know where exactly it is that you guys have questions so I can clear this up? I think there is plenty of evidence here I was not around or in control of what happened with scottjc16. He hacked my rs and my sythe accounts. I would like to hear from you guys.

Ok, I know i had to make a new account to pm you, but to be quite honest the process of disputing is very unclear and badly done here at sythe. Why can you just simply not reply to the post made? Its kind of inconvenient. As well, you mentioned someone under my account scammed. Can you please show me proof of this scam? Since I am not the one doing it, simply stating I have to refund them and not referring me to any evidence does not help me solve any type of problem. Everytime I get a response, I am left with questions as to what you guys want me to do or prove.

Based on your response though, I assume that you agree my account was hacked. I may look to refund these people, but I need proof of scam as well as amount to refund. In addition, I would like to comment that we are all not computer geniuses. A simple leak in Sythe database could cause users to loose their accounts. I am almost certain I did not fall for any phisher or RAT, so I do not know how I lose my account.

If you could provide proof of scam, just like I have to provide evidence for all I am saying, I would appreciate it.

1) According to sythe rules, I must reimburse any victim that the user using my hacked account managed to affect here on SYTHE.

It seems like you are more focused on making me pay. You do know and keep in mind, you are talking to an innocent user. Anyone can lose their account to hackers. I understand that I could have appealed, but the fact that I was also away from the game for 4 years makes it even harder for me to have stopped this.

2) Give me the users here on Sythe I have to reimburse, with proof it was them and I can do that. Why do you have to go to PowerBot and blame the users actions on PB to what happened here on Sythe. The 2 incidents are unrelated. My sythe account got hacked and he scammed SYTHE users with it. On the other hand, that Powerbot is not and has NEVER been mine, and I have to pay for his shit on PB too that he did under HIS account. How the hell is this even logical. As you can see, I have maintained my PB account under safe standing since 2009, so it was not my account he used over there to scam.

Stop being so focused on making me pay for what this user did offsite. What is your logic, I am trying to correct the users affected by my account here on Sythe. How the heck does this affect PB, the user was independent with his actions on PB.

I also forgot, are you able to get me the names of the people the user scammed under my Sythe username or not? I will see if I can get a mod to contact the users the other guy scammed on PB and send you a picture of it. But just so you know, the logic is flawed. Plain unfair for probably the most trustworthy user you have on this site. I came here not to scam but to make myself some profit and be part of this community. I don't need to scam, if I wanted to scam I would simply just be more careful and create accounts under different IP's easily. Which is obviously what i am NOT doing. I am fighting for whats unfair, take a look around at the scamming situation here on Sythe. You guys are failing at doing things right. Target the right people at least.
