My honest review:

I went through all the videos, and i can say for a fact that this WILL work.

However, there are also a few negative points (in my opinion):

I don't know how old the vids are, but i checked all of the websites mentioned and most of them have greatly increased their requirements. It is still possible to do, it is just a bit harder than it was back then. But this can still make you a shitload of tax-free cash.
If you're not afraid of blackhat stuff, you may also find just 1 good website and use multiple identities (just saying).

Also, everyone has a limited amount of friends, so once you have gone through all of your friends, you won't be able to do any more runs, but will be a few thousand bucks richer
Again, Blackhat stuff could solve this problem as well.

Summary:
It's a working system, that can make you a lot of money if done right.
It's not too hard to learn, and everything is explained in the videos.
As for me, it also gave me an idea of how to exploit Bitcoin based gambling websites, so that's 50 bucks well spent
