Hi, I reported the user earlier in this thread: Cashtro is a Ban Evader

He appealed and unbanned saying that the HTML on the site was just someone he bought paypal and not actually the paypal of scammer smoke420/Jake Smoak. This is a lie, and the below evidence will prove it:

invoice, this shows it wasn't HTML on the site, there checkout was the banned users meaning they using a banned users paypal to process orders putting users at risk of losing they $$$:



also picture from powerbot, where the moderator there tells me CashTro (cashrune) has an IP link with the banned user Snuggz who used the skype Jake.Smoak which is the banned user city dreams, smoke 420, etc. So there is IP proof linking them:




Please re-consider and re-ban this user before you put your users at risk

 

will mod look at this? i am try help. This guy personally scam me 20 proxies while ago.... i do not want him scam others

 

Cashtro also called regarding a refund to my runescape account creator he purchased from me.

This user also scammed me in the past by colluding with ex-admin and ex-mod on Tribot to get my private script source from the repository to use in his gold farm.
