Bloodline

Anyone catch this on Netflix yet? It stars Kyle Chandler (Coach Taylor) from Friday Night Lights - I saw it got pretty rave reviews especially for being a Netflix original.

It's under the "Thriller" brand but honestly I'm not too sure the direction the show is going to go yet, however the first episode seemed to be very promising.

Wondering if anyone else has had a chance to catch this yet..if not I'd say try it, Kyle Chandler is a very underrated actor (he did snag an emmy for his work in FNL though).

It's basically about this seemingly normal rich family that has a deep dark past and through future visions - a deep dark future in store too. The eldest brother returns and he's basically the outcast of the family and he starts playing on their past mistakes + flaws to try and get his way back into the family fold + business.

Watched 2 more today, I'm hooked bro. It's pretty fantastic. It's hard to stop after just one episode. It's unique plot-line keeps me coming back for more. It's got this really good naturally ominous feel to it.

They do a good job of intertwining future events within the main timeline of the story to make you say "wait how the hell does the character resort to this!?"

5/13 in - I really enjoy it. Good camerawork, good story-telling, and pretty damn good acting.

Great show, I watched 5 episodes so far cant stop watching it!

 

Just finished Season 2 of this. Even better than season 1 IMO.

Any fans of the show left on Sythe?

 

Still highly recommend this, one of their actors just took home an emmy (against big time GoT actors no less). Underrated series.

 

I've seen both season, personally i liked it a lot. I think its one of the best tv series out there on netflix atm.
