I checked his alog as far back as january before kiln came out and he hasnt done it, so idk how hes got the cape on that account if the video is real. But in answer to your question yeh, the theory is sound, so if you had a 100% perfect run and took no damage which couldnt be quickly recovered by blood barrage,you could get to the boss with 1 or 2 brews. This part would be reasonably easy because all waves can be lured as long as you know how.

The hard part is the boss because the tentacle and boss spawns are unpredictable so with only a couple of brews, which is all youd have since ur invent would be filled with restores at 44 pray it would be tough, at 1 defence youd be taking constant damage in the area of multiple 200s.

 

Yes this is possible, would do it for 40m in good gear or 45m for basic.
