Just been hacked big time and the guys changed all my email and put jagex safety on

How do i get my f ing account back? It had like over 100mil and theres no way i would have any of it!! I am absolutly fuming

And changed my username

all you can do is e-mail jagex and give them the correct information for your account.

 

Well, your 100M is gone if you was hacked and you won't get it back but use that email the person posted to try recover your account and start fresh.

I just got my account back 2 hours ago.
I was only using Bluepig's runescape client and the hacker changed the password.. he also changed the email as well...im just glad i had a bank pin tho there was 100k pure essence in my inventory so the hacker took it.

email them and they will reply in 2 - 3 days

Your bank will be gone, but you'll be able to easily recover the account with the membership details, IP's, etc.

 

Shouldn't download random stuff man, recipe for disaster. I don't download anything at all without a thorough scan.

 

There used to be (and probably still is) a feature on the RS mainpage to find all accounts linked to a specific card. You can use that feature to cancel the membership.

 

For god sake my email address has now been hacked! I'm in like serious crap now I think! I've had to literally email Microsoft Ffs :'( meant to be starting a new job soon with all the emails including contracts going to that email address! What kind off low life hacks email addresses! I mean seriously hack my rs account and keep it but not my email that's just bang out of order!
