Question: The user has been banned, and he hasn't refunded me. I would like to ask if it's permissible for me to recover my account back. I would have done that already, however, he has sold my account to another sythe user. I would like to make sure before I do it, the only reason I had swapped the accounts was because I thought "If he or original owner recovers the account then I can easily recover my account back" Now that I'm in this situation I feel bad for the person who he has sold the account to.

 

I swapped accounts with fatyoyo not the other guy, only reason I agreed on swapping was so I can recover my acc if the other acc was recovered. Now that that acc is recovered why can't I recover my acc back, and how am I going to be scamming.

 

so you sold account A to fatyoyo, he gave you account B in return, right?

-We swapped accounts, correct.

then he sold account A to another guy, and then he recovered account B from you?

-He sold account A to another guy, and then the original owner recovered account B.

so you have no account, fatyoyo still has account B, and the other guy has account A?

-I have no account, in fact, I actually sold account account B to a guy before it was recovered so I'm owing someone right now. The original owner of account B recovered the account, however fatyoyo claimed responsibility.


So basically Account A right now belongs to a guy who fatyoyo sold to, account B belongs to it's original owner. fatyoyo has the money he sold account A. And I owe money to someone because account B was recovered.

Again the ONLY reason I swapped account A with account B was because I thought if account B was recovered I could easily recover back account A.

Now I would like to recover account A back because I owe the person who I sold account B a refund.

I wanted to make sure you guys allow me to proceed.

Yes he is a sythe member. But I actually let him know about this and he said he'd rather have me have the account than fatyoyo. So by letting him know prior to this recovery, and him saying that, can I recover it? I can show the Skype chat of this. I can also prove tht my acc was sold to him. It's hard to get a hold of him because I don't think he's active on sythe or Skype atm. Anyways let me know if that's good enough.

Proof of me letting him know that if the account fatyoyo gave me got recovered I WOULD BE RECOVERING MY ACCOUNT BACK IF FATYOYO DOES NOT REFUND ME. And him agreeing to it by stating he'd rather me have it than fatyoyo.
