Reporting fatyoyo for refusing to refund

Hello, I tried making a thread about this, but I think one of the mods got confused and closed it.

This is regarding an account swap I did a few months ago with fatyoyo. fatyoyo claimed responsibility if the account was recovered, because the account was not originally his. Recently the account has been recovered.

So, I don't really care if the persona who recovered it got banned. fatyoyo is the one that is responsible in my eyes because the ONLY reason I swapped account was because of him taking responsibility.

However, after the account was recovered, fatyoyo is not taking responsibility for it. He has sold my account to another individual. Now it is my right to recover my account back if fatyoyo does not refund me.

So I want justice here, Cas_M claimed if I recovered my account back I would be banned for scamming. This is ridiculous claim, and it is not justice.

Why would I be banned when it was an account swap and the other party claimed responsibility if there was a recovery? And now that he is not refunding me then why can't I take my account back?
