--Bot in Peace--

Hi, I'm offering a completely new service on Sythe which I'm calling Ban Insurance, and here is how it works:

The buyer determines the account's worth however he would like. However, I must test to see that the account is unbanned in the first place, and in order to do that I must login with the username that you provide to verify the account ban history. It is important that I do this, so that if you were to claim a permanent ban later I could test by logging in and checking the account ban history again.

The payment will be 1/4 the accounts worth in either PayPal or 07, and the insurance lasts exactly 7 days; the claim must be filed within 7 days in order to receive full compensation. The compensation is 100% of what the account was determined to be when payment was completed. However, I have a few additional rules:

> Type of payment received determines type of payment back. If you pay me in 07, you will receive 07 back. Inflation is not taken into account. Same with PayPal.

> The account cannot have any previous ban convictions, even if expired.

> The account cannot be temporarily banned for a 48 or 72 hour ban length (bot-busting) and then proceed to receive a permanent ban before the 7 days are up.

> The account ban cannot be deliberately or purposely trying to get banned for means of compensation. I.E. spamming in g.e. making in real life threats. Trying to bot as hard as possible is allowed though!

> If I cause your account to be banned by logging in, that doesn't count, but you will receive a refund.

> The accounts worth, for now, cannot exceed 100 dollars in value.

> I have the right to refund your payment instead of pay 100% of accounts value, and I may refund you through a different method. (i.e if my PayPal was frozen for some reason.) This would only apply if we are in dispute if any of the rules were broken.

Wait can you explain to me something: You're insuring other people's account that aren't every yours, and your not involved in the transaction?

What stops people from selling to a friend, having the friend get it banned, and getting a payday from you? You should think this through more man

Seems like a front for you to scam people by logging into their accounts to "check their ban history". Etc.

 

I easily understand why it can seem like scamming. This business model would work because the amount of people using it, paying their deductibles, would outweigh the number of bans, causing a profit.

I thought of how to avoid logging in, but how else can I test to see if the account isn't already banned? The only solution would be login and screen share that I am only going to account history - but screen share is very unclear.

Essentially the service allows you to bot as hard as you would like, and I'm gambling that you won't get a perm ban in 7 days. It would be interesting to see some higher vouched people offer this, because with my few vouches I admit it seems sketchy as hell.
