In my previous bans, I was also banned for ban evading Skyman123 which is not the case and it would be highly appreciated with some additional information about the connection between us. Below I have posted some links that contradict each other which is the main reason why I am confused.

You were originally banned for not posting from a Home IP. Later there was a connection to @Skyman123 on an IP you had been using and it was ruled that you were responsible for their debts as well.

As per the section rules:

You will have to repay the debts here in order for your pardon to move forward. Since the victim is banned for scamming he is ineligible for repayment, his funds will go towards the community repayment fund.

@Skyman123 got banned months before @Dreadmoss got banned.
This means the IP match had to be done before Dreadmoss got banned, however, Dreadmoss got banned for not posting from a Home IP (Dreadmoss)
This means the connection is either a VPN/public/mobile IP, which I shouldn't be banned/responsible for.

For whatever reason, none of my accounts were mentioned in the thread above.

In my one of my previous attempts to pardon I was told that I would be held liable for @Skyman123 until I posted from a home IP with a link back to my old dispute.

However, I was already unbanned for not posting from a home IP a month before that pardon was posted.

I am however not sure if Home IP is connected to https://www.sythe.org/threads/banned-multiple-ips/ since I couldn't find the reason @Frostfire got banned the first time (No home IP), but since Charlotte got tagged in it I can only assume so.


If there's any kind of documentation I can provide to help please let me know.

 

I spoke with the original staff that dealt with this dispute and the account will remain. I understand that you disagree with this, but for your pardon to move forward the debt listed above will need to be repaid.

 

I've have confirmation that @video has received the repayment amount. There are no further debts owed and no additional ban evading accounts so this can move forward to voting. Results can take up to two weeks and when a verdict is reached, your name will be shown in this thread.
