If you're looking for good customer service, well Zune is not the person you're trying to find.

It has been almost a week and I request a small change to the signature I've bought from him. I wanted to remove the smog from the tag but didn't notice it because my monitor had glare from the sunlight so I couldn't see it. Although he has logged into Sythe, he has not contacted me yet about the issue.
