Just returned, what is the current state of bots?

After doing some google searching I've noticed almost all bots have key features locked behind paywalls or other bs. What happened to the good old days of botting where -literally- everything was made by the users for users (for free)? Does a bot exist out there that is similar to RSbot (Now called powerbot) back in its glory days?

 

Best one is probably tribot but you have to pay for pretty much everything. Osbot is probably second and has some very good free scripts. jagex has gone insane with bans in the past year or so, so that's why there's less of a free for all mentality

 

Basically, people want to make money, and understandably, so you have to pay for everything now

 

Tribot IMO is the best paid bot. Ban rates are high, but tbh if you bot smart and use Looking glass (Or Mirror Mode) You can bot for quite some time.

I would suggest Topbot.

 

This goes both ways, the botters want to make money as well. There's so many goldfarmers these days, it's insane.

 

'Looking glass' has absolutely 0 impact on ban rates.

 

tribot is the best bot imo but dont bot if you are scared to lose something

 

Topbot seems be the most friendly towards its users along with supporting some free scripts that are decent as well.

Tribot is basically all paid

Osbot is fucked don't even bother lol

Some small clients out there too starting up but little to no scripts.

 

I've been banned countless times on tribot. Pretty much given up with it. I've heard good things about topbot.

 

Could just be your IP. Or different things working for different people. No one knows how bans work, it's best to try many things OP

 

Pretty much autoclicking will even get you banned now, Jagex is enforcing 0 tolerance policy after 8 years of ignoring bots. Gl with whatever you end up botting though.

 

I can attest to this 100%. Using looking glass is just gonna eat up way more resources for no reason.

 

My favorite is Tribot, I'm botting for over 2 weeks now, no accounts banned. But while Tribot is down I use Topbot.

 

I use the classic Epicbot, it has worked wonders for me and its free. Good luck!
