I purchased an account from Won_gold o_0. 40 attack, 90 strength, 1 defence for 110m OSRS GP.

After the purchase, I asked if he would be able to get it to 90 range as well, which he agreed on, for a fee of $100 (100m OSRS GP). I paid this amount and he began the training.

Won_gold o_0 and his 'workers' got my account to 86 or 87 range before I noticed the account was permanently banned.

I talked to Won_gold, and he would only refund me the 100m, and not provide me with another account or the 110m I paid for the account.

He clearly states he would, or none of his workers would use a bot of any kind. All done 'by hand'. However, the account was banned for Macroing.

I feel this is very unfair.

Do I deserve a full refund? Or just the 100m. Moderator/Admin input would be greatly appreciated.

That's what you yourself agreed to so that is all they owe you
