Paypal Help [Please URGENT] [Paying for good advice]

So i sent a 130$ payment and have about 150$ balance

but it charged my cc and it shoudnt have, how do i get it to take it out of the balance and not the cc :/



Also he says he hasnt recieved the money yet, and it says unclaimed on my end,

its been like 10 minutes and nothing yet. Is there a problem , its international, does it usually take this long?

 

PayPal always uses balance first before using backup funding(bank account/cc).

 

Shouldn't have happened, maybe you had money on a different currency?

If the payment is unclaimed you can cancel it most of the cases.

 

Yeah maybe it was in a different currency. It's always PayPal Balance > Charge from Bank / CC.
