I bet some people here use this as their Payment Gateway for PayPal.

Just want to know, if I made a order and it's verified. I added the seller on msn but he didn't accept yet. I request refund / cancel order and get the money right back ?

Depends on his delivery time. If it has already finished, yes, request your money.

 

Oh got it. I'm quite new to it. So needed someone to explain to me how it works. I saw the delivery time. I saw him online that's why I went to bought it but he didn't reply. Maybe his away.

 

Well, if the delivery time ends and he hasn't contacted you, you can request your money back .

It should be instant :S It could be brought into a dispute, if that happens can take up to 10 business days

 

If it's past his delivery time and hasn't delivered your item, you can get a full refund.

 

I wonder, did he claimed the delivery? If not, your refund will take less time.

He went online and pass me the delivery.

And now I got a dispute somebody chargeback on PayPal.

Damn it, I'll need to move to WU or PA in the future.

Thanks mate I can't trust PayPal own it's on already. I got chargeback thrice in 1 day.

They won't even care about VPN that can change your IP and chargeback. Stupid PayPal.
