    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : Aside from the IP match in the IP Audit I believe Pepe1 is KD1273 as Pepe1 joined Sythe and immediately began posting in the Name Sales section where KD1273 was most active. Also they have similar posts as shown below.
