Hey Guys

Yesterday i ended up posting this and i got a response saying that he might be asleep, because of different time zones, but he did end up responding much later.

This is the backstory and yesterday's post too of the agreement we had etc..

Zombified agreed to do a bunch of questing/skilling for me. First, we agreed on 75m for barrows gloves (all quests + skills) or 30m for a addy gloves (quests + skills). Since he had vouches i decided that i would go first but i would do it in increments, because i felt more safe that way. We agreed on doing 20m for mith + 10m for addy than 20m for dragon gloves and a final 25m for the barrows gloves. I paid him 20m to get mith gloves and he got me 25-41 cooking and he did goblin diplomacy and gertrudes quest ( super easy basic quests), thats all he did besices maybe one or two other easy quests. I paid him 20m for the mith and 10m for the addy (This was yesterday).

Today i messaged him a number of times on skype and i also messaged him on sythe via pm but he isn't responding to me at all. I know he has been online, because i can see him commenting on questing threads trying to get more money from people and using his 'vouches' to get people to trust him so that they can go first. I also checked his latest activity on sythe and it was recent, so i know he is ignoring me.

His skype name is 'Zombie.kiddz' and his name of sythe is 'Zombified'

I either want a refund of most of my 30m since he did barely any work compared to what he said he would do or i want him to get banned for scamming me. I also spoke to 'Shin' and he said that i should make this report if he is ignoring me.

The Real Problem

The following day (Which was yesterday for my timezone):

He takes extremely long to complete the mith gloves part of the deal and tells me that he is only going to be doing mith gloves for that day. I say its ok and that i am not in a rush for him to get me addy gloves. He than tells me that the trade is over and that i only paid him for mithril gloves and that i changed the password and he woke up and the money was gone.

This is clearly a lie. When i told him i put the 10m on the account he responded 'ok'. I then told him i went to sleep and that i will talk to him in the morning. Than yesterday he tells me i didn't pay the 10m and i took it off and that he never logged into the account.
This is clearly a lie, because he sent me a screenshot of him completing 'big chompy bird hunting' at 1:23 am in the morning when i was asleep and after i had left the money on the account for him to take. I only changed the password at about 12 in the afternoon, because he stopped responding to me and i thought i was scammed ^the backstory^.

Therefore, i would like to end of saying that he clearly had access to my account while i was sleeping and is claiming that i took the money off while i was sleeping or his other excuse was the password was changed, but the screenshot of him on the account proves otherwise.

All i want is my 10m back or i want him banned for trying to scam me. Even thou it should be more since the 20m i paid for mithril gloves and that was only meant to be a checkpoint at which i could pay in increments for barrows, because he didn't want to use a mm.

Ok so It looks like you both want to end this deal. 20M 07 was paid for the mithril gloves and these were delivered. Now you claim another 10M was paid for adamant gloves which weren't delivered.

Please post proof of the 10M transfer. A bank picture is not enough. You said zombified confirmed receiving the 10M. Please upload that part of the conversation.

 

I was going to trade him the money like I traded the 20m, but I decided to trust him and leave the money on the account. In this picture it shows that he was on the account and completed big chompy bird hunting and didn't say anything at all about the money not being there and only brought it up a day later when he already took it off before he completed the quest while I was asleep. Why would he just bring it up over a day later saying there was no money left on the account. I told him the money was there and he said ok. Next time I won't be trusting anyone, because I'll end up getting backstabbed again. Pretty sad to see someone do all of this over 10m. He was also complaining that barrows gloves was too much work and how he undercharged me and this was probably his way out of the deal and to just cash up 20m cash for minimum work.

You're telling me all these things but you don't post any proof. Post the relevant conversation parts or the whole conversation including the skype ID.

I saw the whole conversation and there's unfortunately not enough evidence of the 10M being given. Since zombified did complete work for the 20M which was given, there's nothing he has to refund.
