What he did:
Changed password without my approval first, and then logged into the game. This caused my bot to keep attempting to log him in, which resulted in runescape temporarily disabling logins from my IP. When i try to log in, it says please wait 5 mins, but it's been saying that for hours, so my ip is either going to be banned for a long time or i'm ip banned..

Requesting he be permed unless he is able to properly compensate me. A TWC isn't enough for this...

Your T.O.S isn't binding, and isn't enough for a perm ban on its own. Thanks for the additional report however.
