Well at first once i started to talk to him I realized he was a scammer. I believe he may have indeed be a BAN evader as well I tried to talk to him about it but he wouldnt tell me, But i got him to admit that he was on 2 msn's trying to act as a "Middle Man"

I only offered to go first, to try to get him to admit it which he did
