    scammer

im sorry to say, but the user "inpherus" scammed me when buying runescape membership.

in his thread, he doesnt state at how long the membership upgrade is, so in my first posts, i asked "are these pins 3 months?" and im my book, that means does this membership last 3 months?

in response, i get, 6 months.

i am happy because 13m is a fair price for a 6 month pin, so i buy it.

right when i log on my account, i see i have 28 days of membership, i go talk to inpherus, and he said he was talking about it takes 6 months for it to expire. HE ONLY APPLIES THE PIN HIMSELF SO WHY WOULD THE LENGTH OF EXPIRE MATTER TO ME IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM.

he said sorry, i didnt mean to false advertise. And that was it. Im out of atleast 8m, cause i could have easily gotten a membership upgrade for wayyy less than i have paid.

    heres his profile: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=46006

i didn't want to have to report him, because he was actually the first person to sell me some membership without entirely scamming me, even if i overpayed by wayyy tooo much. hes a good guy, just needs to work on what his business does. its way too misleading, and false advertised, to be credited for as being trustworthy.

so all in all i was scammed 8m, or 5 months of runescape membership. I was false advertised and that is scamming, saying things that arent fully true, just to make a sale.

thanks for reviewing my report :/

It's partially your fault for not talking it over and asking him on MSN.

i know its partially my fault, but it is false advertising, which is scamming.

i didnt ask if it expired in 3 months, but he responded like i did.

he told me that you pins expire in 3 mins or 6 months, not even 3 months. So why would i be talking about it expiring in 3 months if thats not even possible?

he knew what i was asking, and he false advertised. its not my fault for believing what i was told.

Most people refer to them by how long they have until expired. Like Gohan said, you should have asked in msn, if you wanted to make sure.
