I describe the methods that I use behind the skill.
So you can see what I'm up to.

Crafting -> Spinning flax -> DOUBLES YOUR MONEY
Fishing -> Lobsters -> Fishing Guild or Catherby
Fletching -> Speeks for itself.
Firemaking -> Suply me the logs and they are burned as we speek.
Runecrafting -> Suply the essences and the job is done. Only F2P runes.

And last

Pest Control.
Armor does not really matter. Tough it could make a diffrence. But the most important thing is a good weapon. I preffer Dragon Scimitar. Or Whip. Its up to you.

Doing 50-100 points. Depends on the strenght and stuff suplied.
