Explanation of the trade: $1,500 for a RS gambling site.
How they scammed: The site has been deleted by Awakengp or his original developer along with the files, I no longer have any access to the website, my developer pointed out when I asked where the files were they must of removed them. I request he either reprovide the website in a permanent manner and or a refund. I no longer trust him/his developer.

I understand staff are busy, however it has been a week with nobody even bothering to tag him or issue him a DNT.

This entire situation has been a disaster from the start, if I recall this is the (4th?) report relating to him selling me this site?

Report 1: He reports us to en-trap us into buying his broken site in the first place, when we didnt even issue an offer and staff MADE US buy it.
Report 2: Counter-report to Awakengp by us pointing out we didnt want the website and that we only confirmed we recieved it without an actual developer touching it.
Report 3: We report Awakengp after the developer discovers the site has over ~60+ issues that were categorized, we already invested $1,000 into repairing 50+ before this, and there were several major security vulnerabilities that were deliberately put in place by @AwakenGP.com and his developer that would of allowed them to dupe/steal unlimited amounts of gold(see previous report).
Report 4(Most recent): Awakengp/his developer have deleted the original site files, we have no access to them at all and the entire site, that we were forced to buy by sythe staff for $1,500, is now gone. Not only that, but its likely that due to the deletion the developers work we paid $1,000 for is now also gone. Awakengp/his developer were the only ones that had control/access to the original site files.

Can staff just look over everything and consider just ruling a $1,500 refund is due and he can just re-sell it/deal with it himself? If he stole the site back with our $1k in fixes, he can have it and resell it again. I'm past caring at this point about the $800-$1k paid to developers to patch it up.

We didn't want the site in the first place, and issues have been on-going with it now since the original report date almost (2) years ago. It's clear that the site was sold in an unusable condition and that it's clearly not secure, the fact they stole back the more patched up version is just stupid.

Stop trying to spin a narrative that we forced you to buy it. I legit have a dm from your site that is good to go so you purchased it. Even mods decided it was good. You took more than a week to see if the code was good and you said it was. Now you claiming we stole it. I feel like whenever this guy needs money he makes this report. Response: The moderators didn't decide shit, I was forced to buy a garbage site that I had issued a preliminary offer on with no firm agreement, no contract, nothing because you pushed us and staff into thinking your piece of shit site was actually functional. There was NO time for a developer to go through things until you were paid, my developer can confirm it; I literally asked him to make sure there's actually a site there (in the files) and confirm it so I could pay you and get the report taken care of, he did not spend one minute going through the site or confirming it was functional until later after paying him $1,000 did he realize it was completely and utterly broken, because you were constantly hounding me and staff to ban us for not honoring me saying an offer without even a firm contract/agreement, probably because you were eager to get your exploit filled site out there and get the money for it.

I like how you dont even mention the exploits and dirty code he found, you are a fucking scammer. You should be banned for leaving those security exploits open alone, to be blunt, fuck you. You/your developer had to deliberately do that, I know what you tried to do, you scammer.

You sold a website you knew had dirty code and exploits built into it so that you could victimize whoever bought it secretly. I offered moderators the chance back then to look at what my developer had discovered, and now I cant, because the site files have gone missing.

You and I both know we had more conversations on different discords that you conveniently mentioned nothing about, and I had you re-send me the site previously. I didn't "delete messages", we had entire conversations on different discords.

I have never "needed money" I run the largest services provider on the planet. Anyone that knows me knows that I'm fairly well off to say the least. I despise this situation, and I've despised it from the start. It continues to bother me that staff got it wrong in this situation and have never corrected that mistake.

You sending a zip file first off, I want evidence that's how you did it if that's how you claim, and second off, unless you've forgotten on another discord we had to have you/your developer setup a github and those files have been destroyed/deleted.

My developer and I neither have literally any portion, any file, any access to the site anymore at all. I'm on the record clearly stating I(and nobody I know/employ/my developer) have no access to any portion of the broken version of the site(that you sold me) or the slightly fixed up version, both are gone, and your the only one or your developer is on the planet that could of did that.

This sale never should of been approved in the first place without a contractual agreement, it never should of gone through after the exploits were discovered, and now it certainly shouldn't be valid after the site(both versions) are literally gone.

 

@Andy It was on his (or his developers) Github. You can see below where I discovered the github either was set to private, or the files were deleted. I discovered the files went missing late 05/14/2022 and put a report together 05/17/2022. We truly do not have access to even the original broken version of the site, let alone the fixed up one. Their both gone. We've gone through half a dozen discords over the last two years as-well and Awaken and I have spoken at least 3-5 times on them.
Also I dont remember, but I am highly skeptical of his claim he sent a zip file even then, even if he did it really does not matter, given the files later needed to be put onto github, by him/his dev but I've never had discord nitro in my life and I would surely think a site this big would be to big to send through Discord.

 

@Andy Do you have any update for me? I need to inform staff I am undergoing surgery tomorrow and will be down and completely unavailable for 7 days. I will not be able to respond to anything staff need to ask or reply to Awaken if he ever comments. I posted the report back on May 17th and didn't expect it to be so long for a resolution.

I looked through my whole discord and can't find this guy's discord. Also just so you are aware this is the 3rd attempt this guy making on this issue and was denied each time. I sent over the project and you downloaded the files on your computer. I'm not even on speaking terms with my partner. Not sure what you want me to do.

You are clearly looking for a way to get your money back. " I no longer trust him/his developer." My developer? You shouldnt trust yours if he gave it the stamp of approval.

Your developer stating the website is "utterly and completely broken" & "developer discovered 50+ issues and specific, malicious code added to the site" raises alarms because he gave his stamp of approval on Dec 8, 2020 after the report was resolved. You should have made and expressed these "malicious" discoveries long ago.

Problem 1: The files Awakengp has are the outdated, broken version of the website, not the patched up version of the website, while I know for a fact he stole the updated version or at the very least, deleted it and the $1,000 of work our developer did.

Problem 2: The fact that he was the only one with access to the files and he's the only one with the files now was not even commented on?

Problem 3: The problem from the original report of there being deliberate security vulnerabilities was not addressed, if @AwakenGP.com turns over the files to you Andy, you will immediately realize that he is attempting to scam using these manipulations.

Problem 4: he literally stated he cant find the original site files being sent, essentially meaning he lied, and he posted a cropped version of exactly what I said: my developer being told to make sure theres a site and then confirm its there and thats it. Nothing to do with the underlying code until later.

0 issues we're addressed on the report. 0. The only one that was even attempted to be was getting me the files back, and those are the broken version of the files that are completely unusable.

Are the multiple other issues that are clearly a problem just being ignored? Are staff just completely overlooking the fact I bought a broken site he knew was broken with vulnerabilities built into it, he now has the only version of the site and only he could of did what happened, and he then lied?

This is the same bullshit where he pressured staff to force me into buying this site and spammed everyone to ban me immediately lmfao.

That was not a resolution, it didn't even tackle any of the major issues.
