Chaotics

Whats the best chaotic? I'd say rapier because its just a solid weapon all together.

Discuss. (Why is ___ the best?)

maul because it's strength bonus is retarded high and its faster than a godsword.

note though that it is better with 80 att vs 99...
and rapier sucks with only 80 att.

 

I love the rapier when pvping [Must have a defender with it]
Cls/Maul are great for bandos, and second in pvp.

Rapier - a lot of things are weak to stab. It's faster than a CLS. Any DPS breakdowns will show that CR has much better DPS than CLS. For those who say it sucks at bossing.. I find myself doing better than people with CLS even at Bandos. I'm 99 att/str/turm/ovls, but still.

 

Longsword is a good all-around weapon, but Rapier is pretty good for training.

 

Maul is only good for pvp. Apart from that, not that great.

Rapier is good for training, as it is the faster weapons out the three.

Longsword is just like a one handed godsword.

 

Rapier is best overall fighting weapon (i.e. for slaying, training ect.).
CLS I'd say is better for boss fighting.
Maul is debatably the best for PVP, but all the chaotics work well in PVP so it's close.

 

Rapier because fast as a whip and has a high stab bonus.
Comparing it to CLS, in PvP, if you;re using rapier, opponent has time to eat one food, CLS on the other hand, opponent can eat 2 pieces. Rapier > CLS

 

Looks like rapier's winning.

 

Only if you have rune defender / dragon defender in the other hand. Otherwise attack bonuses are short.
