Briefly explain the trade: Well, he was buying RSGP from me. I went first because he had some vouches, i traded him, a few seconds passed and he logged away. Too bad we're both lithuanian so we talked lithuanian, so if anyone could translate it it would be great.


How they scammed: Just logged off.

If something's unclear. Lithuanian taip is yes, ne is no. So obviously he was saying yes.

 

You'll need to provide proof that the RSGP was actually given to him (whether it be another screenshot showing accepted trade, or some sort of confirmation via MSN.

 

There is. 2nd screenshot showing the trade screen. And 1st one showing that it was accepted :S

 

1st one shows him accepting, but not you accepting. So you could've just declined. We have no way to tell.

What phrase in the MSN window shows it's been accepted?

 

You can see from the RS chat that the first screenshot was actually taken seconds after the second screenshot. In the second screenshot, the character All Smite has accepted the trade and is waiting, in the first you can see that X6Y would have had to press accept himself to receive the "accepted trade" message in his chat box.

Also, if he had declined the trade, that 21M would have gone directly back into his money pouch. You can see that after the trade has been accepted, his inventory & money pouch are still lacking the 21M.

I believe this enough to ban Arnas1337 for scamming.
