Dispute a TWC

So basically I figured I'd re-type this, BeaniesOnToast is my little brother we both decided to sell our Osrs Accounts and so I was using his phone to bump his account thats why the time stamps are at similar times for when the posts are bumped. I think I might have possibly been able to send this message from "home Ip" not sure tho as I use hotspot and a Vpn usually because where I live I can only get hotspot for the most part.... If i'm not supposed to be using my account and helping my brother on his because we are using the same internet I guess we could just post both accounts on one account if thats super necessary. As for the other people we were accused of being associated I forget their names but not to sure what that was about.... hopefully I have managed to post from "home ip" if so hopefully he Twc gets removed, sorry for causing any trouble not too sure what we did wrong tho. @Andy

 

@Andy I'm not even sure what you just meant by an internet bill? My payment information "bill"? I'm not sure if thats what you meant but if so I don't see why thats relevant at all I think that I posted from a home IP but I'm not 100% sure, which is what you asked me to do... I don't get this at all not even sure what I did wrong to get a Twc. But I don't even know what you mean by internet bill because surely you don't expect me to provide you payment information???

Also if it is payment stuff or billing stuff then I think I will just pass and I guess not use the site I am not comfortable giving out private information over the internet, hopefully it doesn't came to that tho...
