Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : IP Audit Match. Probably home IP match.
Sells the same account: Same stats, except for Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, Magic, Construction, HP, Slayer and Hunter which were only level'd up by a few levels.
Current thread: Selling 115 main, 99 range, 94 mage, 98 HP, 86 mining and other very high stats (88 days of members) here is the imgur of the account: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet notice the skills.
Original thread on his banned account: 112 CB main with 1733 total Going CHEAP need sold ASAP here is the imgur of the stats: http://i.imgur.com/KlT0XzS.png notice the same skills except a few.
