how is 07 treatin everyone?

So post here what your current objective is on RS07, how much GP you've made, what quests? What are your general thoughts on 07?

Are you making a pure/main? for what reason?

I haven't even had the time yet to start making a pure, and even if I did, I am having difficulty finding out where to even start training?

07 is cool. Not having a GE really make you have to talk to people a lot more. The slower run energy really makes walking around a lot more of a bitch. Not having any f2p players to help the p2p economy really keep commodity prices up. No rares mean no money sinks, but because the game is so new there is very little inflation. I quit a few years ago and just came back, and its so nice to play the RS that I remember from my childhood. 07 feels so..... GOOD

 

I guess that is true about the f2p players, in regards to the rares.. how do you suppose they will release them?
Presumably they are going to be worth billions when released?

 

Ah so GOOD .. I've never felt as good in my life playing this. :3 Just like back in the day. I've created a main and have 190k atm. I've done some free2p quests and 1 members quest.

 

Tell me about it, I had a small break from RuneScape and came back to.. well.. rubbish, really. Pures were absolutely demolished in RS EOC. Now that 07's back I'm feeling confident, hopefully I will get to start playing when I get some spare time! Sucks having to work and all -.-
In 07 I was 14, so life practically revolved around school and RS..

I'm making a pure, 38 quest points so far, 58 range, still 1 def.
Some decent money making skills are up too. I had a pure back in 07' with the exact same name so i'm just glad I get to play what it used to be like, cant wait to hit the wildy

07 Scape is so decent. Not even considering botting because it's so nostalgic, don't want to ruin the experience.

I'm making a mage pure , but I'm thinking of making a staker as staking will be coming back = free $$

Its going really great, I´m just merching and I dont get to train my skills Trying to alch while merching tho, made 6M so far and sold 2M to RSUltimate already.

 

As for my thoughts, 07 RS is great! I'm a bit of a noob at RS though. I didn't play EOC much, and I found the new release of old school/07 RS to be a great starting point to actually get into RS.

I completed Jack Goff's start up guide, and have about 280 total level (yeah I know, not impressive). I don't really know what to do now, except leveling some skills slowly. I'm a little stuck like you are I guess? I was hoping to find a few cool people to play RS with. Let me know if you wanna play ASAP.

 

My current goal is 99 smithing, I'm making a pure for now might turn to a main at a later date, made 5m, 4 quest points and I'm enjoying the game so far. The community is awesome as well, haven't met anyone with a bad behavior yet.
