TWC for Varus

Well the old report I made on him was closed because a mod said he could've bought the summoner name tombstone



he clearly states he didn't buy the name in the convo with him, tombstone was created 4 months ago on January, same time both his sythe accounts varus and skillshot were created.
he realizes that hes been caught and kept lying/changing his story. he stalked the report i made on him like everyday and he hasn't posted anything to defend himself, he hasn't been actively posting like he used to either. how would he not get even a twc for this?
