Account recovery

Hi, I would like to recover the account "Ploxage". I tried to recover the password through the email but I'm not getting the email so I think the account was potentially hacked? IDK. I would like to be emailed to the email used to sign the account up (the first email). I'm not sure if I have the same IP but I'm in a very similar location atm.

I'm pretty sure the registered email isn't mine and is probably someone else's. The email used to sign up the account is mine. I can give a previous account password reset email that I previously had. [redacted]

 

Since you don't have the registered email and your IP isn't an exact match, I can only recover the account for you if you can send a picture of your ID that matches the name in the email you had posted. It would also help if the ID is from the same location as the accounts IP addresses.
