Service cost for maxing an account? (2277 total)

Does anyone know if any services offer this? I understand its a pretty big request but i'm interested
in doing my research beforehand.

I wanted to know what kind of price a buyer would be looking at if they wanted a fresh account to be completely maxed. Would the quote be significantly different if they account were even somewhat leveled/quested. say, ~80cmb, ~100qp?

Also what kind of return time would you be looking at? A year?

Finally, would this kind of service be done in upfront payments, payments upon skill completions, etc?

this is a service i could do and the timeframe would depend entirely on the gp available per skill...

I'd also expect some kind of payment per xp on the account but if you was serious we could discuss pricing.
